
ARI Guarantees Customer Satisfaction!
ARI's Partners In Excellence Program (PIE) is the only one of its kind in the industry. Any ARI lease or purchase customer with 100 or more vehicles who has a problem that has not been resolved through normal service channels can call the EXCEL Hotline (1-800-ARI-EXCEL). If the problem is not resolved satisfactorily within 30 days, the customer will be given a $5,000 credit on the company's next invoice. Furthermore, any customer with 100 or more vehicles who submits a written suggestion that leads to a major change in ARI customer service policies and procedures will be awarded a $5,000 credit.
